Penelope Cruz posts photo on Farhadi film ‘Everybody Knows’

Popular Spanish actress Penelope Cruz has published a photo relating to the last day of shooting stage for Iranian director Asghar Farhadi’s new film.

Cruz posted a photo on Wednesday of some of the film’s cast as well as the Iranian director on her social media page, noting that it was the final day of shooting on the set of the film ‘Everybody Knows’.

“Last day of shooting … with this amazing genius #asgharfarhadi. We have been together in this adventure since the month of August,” she captioned.

Written by Farhadi, ‘Everybody Knows’ details the journey of a family from Buenos Aires to Spain for a celebration. What was meant to be a brief visit is disturbed by unforeseen events that will completely change the lives of the members of the family.

In February, for a second time, Farhadi grabbed the best foreign language Oscar for Iranian film ‘The Salesman’. He also won another Oscar in the same strand and a Golden Globe for ‘A Separation’ in 2012.
